RETURNS POLICY 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, this includes outer gift boxes, tags, ribbons and any other gift wrapping. 

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to When and Where without approval will be returned at the customers expense.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable

TO RETURN AN ITEM

To complete your return, please send an email through to whenandwhereau@gmail.com, with your invoice number and reason for the return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or as store credit, within 10 days after the return has been received.

SHIPPING 

After emailing us, we will provide you a postal address for you to send back your items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure we receive your returned item. 

FULL PRICRED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or store credit at cost of which the item was purchased. Please note, the cost of shipping to send back the items to us is at the customers expense, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. 

SALE ITEMS 
Sale items can be returned for store credit. Final sale items will be noted on individual product pages and cannot be returned. 

EXCHANGES 
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and follow the ‘Return an Item Instructions’, further ensuring it meets all the conditions of a return, we will then credit your account and you can purchase your alternative item. Store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. For change of mind returns we will not cover the cost of shipping, and you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
