Can you customise orders?
Yes, we can customise selected items under our One of a Kind/Made to Order tab. If you have any requests feel free to get in touch and we will do out best to accomodate.
Where are you based?
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note this cost does not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
We currently only offer returns within 14 days of your purchase, if you would like to exchange an item, you will need to issue a return for the product you have and then place another order for the items you are after. If you have any questions please email us at whenandwhereau@gmail.com
How do I return my item?
